The Agilists Private Limited ("Agilists", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in any form.
1. Our business
Agilists is a digital transformation and technology consultancy. We provide advisory, engineering, and agile delivery services to organisations across England and Wales. Our workforce consists primarily of skilled professional consultants.
2. Our supply chains
Our supply chain is relatively low-risk and consists mainly of professional subcontractors and associates, software and cloud service vendors, and standard business services such as accounting, hosting, and office suppliers. We recognise that risk can still exist, particularly within lower tiers of technology hardware and outsourced services.
3. Our policies
We operate policies that reflect our commitment to acting ethically in all our business dealings, including:
- a commitment to fair and lawful employment practices and the payment of at least the applicable minimum wage;
- an expectation that suppliers and subcontractors comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human-rights laws; and
- a whistleblowing route that allows anyone to raise concerns about wrongdoing, including modern slavery, without fear of reprisal.
4. Due diligence and the steps we take
To identify and mitigate risk, we:
- engage subcontractors and associates under written terms that require lawful and ethical conduct;
- favour reputable, established suppliers and cloud providers with their own published modern-slavery and human-rights commitments;
- make our people aware of modern-slavery risks and of the whistleblowing route for raising concerns;
- remain alert to warning signs of exploitation in our engagements; and
- review our approach periodically as our business grows.
We monitor the effectiveness of these steps through the outcomes of any concerns raised and our periodic reviews of suppliers and associates, and we will introduce more formal performance indicators as our organisation grows.
5. Our commitment
We will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking. As our organisation scales, we will strengthen our due diligence, and we will publish an updated statement should we become legally required to do so.
